How to Reset Your Dubber Password

Select forgot password link at the sign in page and follow the prompts to receive an email from us with a secure link to reset your password.

What to Do:

1. Open the email and click the password reset link.

2. Enter your new password following the guidelines below.

3. Note: The reset link is only valid for 20 minutes, so be sure to act quickly.

Password Requirements:

Your new password must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum length: 12 characters

• At least one uppercase letter

• At least one lowercase letter

• At least one digit

• At least one special character

• Must not match your username

• Must not match any of your last 4 passwords

• Cannot be a commonly used password

Once your new password is accepted, you’ll be automatically logged into the Dubber portal.
