How long will my calls be stored?

Effective June 30th, 2025, all Dubber Connect plans for Cox customers will include unlimited recording retention. This means your call recordings will be stored indefinitely, for as long as your subscription remains active — no changes or action required on your part.

Need a Custom Retention Period?

If your organization requires a specific retention period for compliance or internal policies, custom retention options are available. To request a custom setting, please contact the Dubber Support Team and we’ll be happy to assist.
