After you successfully log into your Cox Business account, you'll see an “Authentication Successful” page. This page will display a list of all users linked to your account, including their phone numbers, names, and email addresses — automatically imported from Cox.
📋 Assigning Call Recording Plans
You can choose how to assign recording plans:
✅ Option 1: Assign the Same Plan to All Users
Use the ‘Plan’ drop-down at the top-left of the white menu bar to apply the same call recording plan to everyone at once.
🎯 Option 2: Assign Plans Individually
For more control, use the drop-down next to each user’s name to select a different plan for each person.
🔄 Enable Pause & Resume Functionality
You can choose whether to allow users to pause and resume recordings:

To apply this to all users, use the ‘Pause & Resume’ drop-down at the top.

To enable/disable for individual users, use the toggle switch next to each user.
📸 The page will visually indicate whether Pause & Resume is on or off.
🔐 Enable Dubber Login for Users
If you’d like users to access Dubber with their own login:

Use the ‘Dubber Login’ drop-down at the top to enable it for all users.

Or toggle it on/off for individual users using the switches next to their names. Note: This feature is only available for users who have an email address listed.

At the top of the page, you can also enable these additional features for all users:

These options apply account-wide and cannot be set individually.
When you're ready, just click ‘Next’ to save your settings and continue with setup.
After clicking 'Next' you will be provided with an overview of plans, pricing and the quantity of chosen plans. If no changes need to be made, click on 'Next'
