To begin recording your Cox Business users and phone numbers with Dubber, you’ll first need to set up your account, then sync your users/phone numbers and choose the recording options that suit your needs.

You’ll land on the Account Owner Information page.
Here’s how to complete the form:

Email Address – Enter your email address. You must be an Admin user or Profile Owner of your Cox Business account to create and manage your Dubber account.

Service Provider – In this field, simply type “Cox”.
Once completed, just follow the prompts to continue the setup — it's quick and easy!
Next you'll be asked to sign into your Cox MyAccount
To link your Cox Business account with Dubber, you’ll be asked to log in through a pop-up window.

Note: You’ll need to be the Admin user or Profile Owner of your Cox Business account to complete the setup.
Here’s what to expect:

After clicking the ‘Submit’ button on the Account Owner Information page, the page will refresh and a login pop-up will appear.

In the pop-up, enter your Cox Business MyAccount User ID and Password.

Once logged in, Dubber will automatically import the phone numbers and details of your account users — helping you get set up quickly and easily.
