You can easily manage your users, phone lines, and subscriptions through the Dubber Connect interface. Follow the steps below to access and update your account settings.
Step 1: Access Account Settings

Log into your Dubber account.

Click the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner.

From the drop-down menu, select Account.

You’ll be taken to the My Account section of your Dubber Connect profile.
Step 2: Manage People and Subscriptions

Click the People tab (second from the left).
-
This section shows all current users and recording lines in your account.

To add or update subscriptions, click the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner of the People tab.
Note: You may be prompted to log in again This session will remain active for 24 hours.
Alternate Access via the General Tab

Go to the General tab within your My Account section.

Scroll down to the Subscription section and click the Show button.

A pop-up window will display your current subscription information.

To make changes, click the “Click here” link under the section labeled Constraints.

This will take you to the Dubber Connect Pricing and Management pages.
Step 3: Sync Your Cox Business Account
To add more users or activate call recording for additional lines:

In the Manage Users page, click the Sync button in the bottom-right corner.

A pop-up window will appear. Ensure pop-ups are enabled in your browser.

Enter your Cox Business MyAccount login credentials (User ID and Password).

Click Sign In.
Upon successful sign-in:

The pop-up will close automatically.

You’ll return to the Manage Users page.

All three tabs — New Users, Attention Required, and Live Users — will now be active and editable.
Important Information About Syncing
By syncing your Dubber and Cox Business accounts:

The following data will be shared with Dubber:
Phone numbers, First & Last Name, Email Address -
Any calls you choose to record will be securely streamed to Dubber and processed according to your call recording settings. ⚠️ Please ensure you comply with all applicable laws and regulations when recording calls.
