User Summary Report

The User Summary report is needed in order to create dub.points for AT&T customers.

Go to:  https://www.att.com/ebiz/registration/home.jsp#/login and log in with your username and password.

Once logged into the portal click:

1. Select Manage
2. Under Additional Services
3. Select AT&T Collborate

This will take you to the RIPCORD Support page. From here click on View Reports.

Here you will see all the reports within your account.

From here click on the link of "User Summary Report".

Please click on Select Actions and Download. Please send this report to support@dubberconnect.com. Also, let them know which user you would like to be added to your account as well as the product you want for each user.

Please make sure you have switch call recording on, you can contact AT&T to make sure this has been done.
