Just to let you know, you can only do these things if you are the account administrator. You will need to update your account anytime you make changes to users in your Cox Business account.
To update your account to enable call recording please do the following:
Log into your Dubber portal which can be found at https://us.dubber.net/login
Once logged in click on my account and you will be taken to the below page.
You will then log into your Dubber Connect account in order to access the Dubber Connect Portal. You will then see something similar below.
Click on the sync button, this will allow Dubber to pull the numbers from you Cox Business account into the Dubber portal.
N.B. Please make sure your numbers are present within your Cox Business Account. You should be able to see all the numbers by going to your admin page under manage users.
If you need to add these numbers please click here to add users.
Your portal should look similar to below
Once you have done this, this will bring up a subscription update page.
Once done, the updates you have made on your Dubber Connect account will be updated.
