Profile Page

Overview

To access your profile you need to click the icon on the homepage. A drop-down menu will appear. Select profile, this will take you to your profile.

Below is an example of what your profile will look like. Your profile is made up of the following sections:

Avatar (Profile Picture)

To add some personality to your profile you have the option to add an image to your profile page. In order to do this, you will need to click on the link Gravatar.com 

If you have already registered with Gravatar, then login to your account. If you haven't you will need to create a new account.

Follow the instructions and you should have an account with Gravatar. Once you have selected the image you want to use, this will automatically feed onto your profile. Just make sure the email you use for your profile, is the same email you use for Gravatar.

Role

Depending on how you have been set up, you with either be an administrator or a standard user of the account/group.

Username

This is the email address that you will be using to log in the recording portal. You have the option to change this at any point. To do this you will need to:

Click on the change icon next to your username, from there you will need to complete the sections.

Please remember to use your existing password when creating a new username. Once completed you should receive an email to confirm the change.

Password  

The second bit that is needed in order to login into your account, you can also change this. We advise changing your password every 6 months. If you would like to know how to change your password please click here.

Name 

What you want to be called on the platform. This can be changed at any point.

Mobile

The phone number to be able to contact you if there are any problems.

Language 

The language you would like to see the portal set to.

API Application 

This shows whether the user has an API token.
