6. How to configure your first user & add AT&T Collaborate details

The steps shown below enables Dubber Connect to capture and record calls via your AT&T Collaborate service.

Add dub.point

This page will appear after clicking on dub.points. Follow these simple steps to link the Users AT&T Collaborate profile with Dubber.

For more information on the 'Service Provider', 'External Group' and 'External Identifier' fields, please refer back to the previous slide by clicking here.

Success!

The first user configuration is complete and that user will now begin recording once AT&T Collaborate is switched on for recording.
