Once you have successfully logged into your Cox Business account you will be presented with an ‘Authentication Successful’ page, which will contain a list of every user within your account. If you do not see this page or encountered an error, please raise a support ticket here.
You will see a list of your account users/phone numbers along with phone number, name, and email address, which have been automatically imported from your Cox Business account
IMPORTANT: by default, every user is provided with the advanced On Demand call recording plan at no monthly charge. There is a small charge for each On Demand call that is recorded. Users can remove this feature by changing the Plan to ‘None’
Plans can be administered for all users by selecting the ‘Plan’ drop-down, located in the top-left of the white menu bar, and choosing the desired plan
Alternatively, you can change the call recording plan for each user individually. To do this, select the drop-down button to the far-left of each user and select the desired plan for that user
Select the desired call recording plan against each user in your account
Choose whether you’d like to enable Pause & Resume* functionality for each user. You can switch this on for all users/phone numbers via the ‘Pause & Resume’ drop-down menu at the top, or switch it on for individual users/phone numbers using the on/off toggle for each user
*Pause & Resume functionality is only supported with Standard, Plus and Agent plans.

Choose whether you’d like to enable users/phone numbers to log into Dubber with their own access credentials*. Again, this can be set for all users/phone numbers using the ‘Dubber Login’ drop-down button and selecting ‘On’, or individually by user by using the on/off toggle
*A Dubber login is only available for users/ phone numbers with an email address provided.
Before continuing, you can switch on various options across the top of this page: Pause & Resume Notifications, Announcements, and Tone. You can also switch on Dubber AI, Dubber’s voice AI suite (additional charges will apply for Dubber AI). These settings apply to all call recording users/ phone numbers in the account and cannot be switched on for individual users/ phone numbers
Click ‘Next’ to save your changes and continue
A new page will load with a summary of the call recording plans you’ve chosen for your account
The Plan Summary provides an outline of the monthly charges for your account
