How to create your account

In order to start recording your Cox Business users/phone numbers with Dubber, you’ll need to create your account, before syncing your users/phone numbers and selecting the required recording products and options.

Go to the Dubber Connect website

The Account Owner Information page will load

In the first field, enter your email address (you will need to be an Admin user or the Profile Owner of your Cox Business account in order to create and set up a Dubber account)

In the second field, enter your Service Provider. In this case, type “Cox”

Click ‘Submit’
