How to request help & support

If, at any point, you require help and assistance with your account, you can click the ‘Request help’ button located at the bottom left of the Dubber Connect ‘Manage Users’ page

By clicking the ‘Request help’ button you will be redirected to a support page where you can raise a ticket with the Dubber Connect support team. Alternatively tickets can be created directly from this page.
