Once you are happy with the call recording plans and features that you have selected against the new phone numbers, click on the ‘Next’ button, located to the bottom right of the page
Once you click ‘Next’, you’ll be redirected to the ‘Attention Required’ tab. This tab verifies the information against your Cox Business portal. If any elements are noted on this page, please raise a support ticket at support@dubberconnect.com
If the ‘Attention Required’ tab is blank, select the ‘Next’ button located at the bottom right of the page
Selecting the ‘Next’ button will direct you back to the ‘Live Users’ tab, where you will be required to verify that the information shown is correct
Once you are happy with the changes, click on the ‘Next’ button located at the bottom right of the page
The next and final page that you will see is the Subscription Update Summary page. Here you can confirm the pricing changes along with the new monthly cost and pro-rata amount for your next bill
If you are happy with the changes and the pricing updates, click the ‘Proceed’ button
Clicking the ‘Proceed’ button will update the system. What’s more, if you have added any new or updated existing users/phone numbers, a trigger will be sent to the phone to make those requested changes active
IMPORTANT: in order to make any requested changes to a user/phone number and their handset, the handset will be rebooted after any calls that are currently in progress
After selecting the ‘Proceed’ button, the page will refresh with a confirmation that your account and billing has been updated
IMPORTANT: the account and billing update confirmation page will display the name of the Account Owners, rather than your username
