To manage your account, click on the Settings icon in the top right corner of the dashboard
Clicking on the settings (cog) icon will open a drop-down menu
From this drop-down menu, select ‘Account’
This will open the My Account section of your Dubber Connect account.
Next, select the ‘People’ tab, second from the left. This will show you all the current users and recording lines in your Dubber Connect account.
To add or amend the current subscriptions, or to enable call recording plans to other users/phone numbers, click on the plus (add) sign in the top right of the ‘People’ tab.
When you access the management page you will be prompted to log in to dubberconnect.com using the Dubber Connect Web Application login page. This login will be valid for 24 hours.
An alternative method for accessing the Dubber Connect subscription page is via the ‘General’ tab. Select the ‘General’ tab within your ‘My Account’ section.
At the bottom of the tab, beside the label ‘Subscription’, click the ‘Show’ button.
Clicking on the ‘Show’ button will open a pop-up window showing you the subscription information for your account.
To make changes to the subscriptions or to add new users, select the ‘click here’ link below the section titled ‘Constraints’
Clicking on this link will take you into the Dubber Connect Pricing and Management pages.
When you access the management page you will be prompted to log in to dubberconnect.com using the Dubber Connect Web Application login page. This login will be valid for 24 hours.
Once you have logged in you will see three tabs; ‘New Users’, ‘Attention Required’ and ‘Live Users’.
‘Live Users’ is the default tab and will be displayed to show all live call recording users on the platform, along with the plans associated with each phone number. This page will be read-only until the option to ‘sync’ has been selected.
To add more users, you must first sync your Cox Business account with your Dubber Connect account. Click the ‘Sync’ button at the bottom right of the screen
Pressing the ‘Sync’ button will open a pop-up window within your browser. Please ensure that you have enabled pop-ups within your browser. If you do not see a pop-up window appear you will need to follow these instructions
The pop-up window will prompt you to enter your Cox Business MyAccount login information (User ID and Password) in order to sync your accounts
IMPORTANT: By syncing your Cox Business and Dubber accounts together, the following Cox Business MyAccount information will be shared to your Dubber account: phone numbers, first name, last name, and email address. Additionally, for any calls you choose to record, audio will be streamed to Dubber and processed according to the Dubber call recording settings. It is important that you adhere to any applicable laws and regulations regarding the recording of this data.
Once you have entered your Cox Business MyAccount User ID and Password, click on the ‘Sign In’ button.
Upon successful sign in, the pop-up window will close and you will be presented with the ‘Manage Users’ page in your Dubber Connect account. What’s more, all three tabs will now be active and editable.
