I forgot my password?

This happens to the best of us, you forgot the password to log into your account. If this does happen you can contact your administrator who can send you a temporary password.

However, if this option is not available you can do this instead.

On the login page, just below the email address and password field you should see "Forget your password". 

When you click on this you will be taken to the screen below, you will need to enter your email address and click on reset password.

You will receive an email from us asking you to reset your password. Click on the link provided and enter your new password. As mentioned before when creating or changing your password for your account.

The password must:

• be at least 8 characters long
• include a lower case character
• include an upper case character
• include a digit
• include a special character
• not be a common password
• not be related to your name or email

Once this has been done, and the new password has been accepted, you will be logged into the dubber portal.
